Rockdale County Health Center (985 Taylor Street SW. Conyers, GA 30012)

Lawrenceville Health Center (455 Grayson Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046)

Newton County Health Center (8203 Hazelbrand Rd, Covington, GA 30014)

Norcross Health Center (5030 Georgia Belle Court, Suite 2071. Norcross, GA 30093)

Centerville Health Center (3025-B Bethany Church Rd, Snellville, GA 30039)

Entry offered salary will depend on experience and education beginning with $55,371+

Minimum: Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND completion of a PHN course within one year of hire AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certification. Note: No experience required. Preferred: One year of experience as a Registered Nurse. One year of Public Health nursing setting. Bilingual – any language (Spanish preferred). Experience utilizing an electronic health record and MS office. Experience in a customer service role.
