Caregiver/CNA (Full-Time 8AM-9PM Shift)

divh2Job Opportunity/h2pWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care and support to our client(s) in a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals diagnosed with dementia and behavioral challenges, as well as proficiency using a Hoyer Lift and other mobility assistance equipment./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide direct personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding./liliAssist clients with mobility and transfers using a Hoyer Lift or other assistive devices safely and correctly./liliMonitor and document changes in client condition or behavior, and report concerns promptly to supervisors or healthcare providers./liliSupport clients with dementia and behavioral issues, utilizing patience, redirection, and de-escalation techniques./liliPrepare meals, assist with feeding as needed, and encourage fluid and food intake./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients./liliEngage clients in activities that promote emotional and physical well-being./liliFollow care plans and medication reminders as directed./liliCommunicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other care team members./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent caregiving experience (preferred)./liliMinimum of 1 year experience working with dementia and/or behavioral issue clients./liliExperience using a Hoyer Lift required./liliAbility to handle challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism./liliReliable, punctual, and able to work every other weekend as scheduled./liliMust pass background check and provide professional references./li/ul/div
