Maintenance Technician

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team at a Housing Cooperative. If you have experience in general maintenance and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential units and property.
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and other building systems.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Participate in an on-call rotation, available 24 hours a day for one week each month.

Qualifications:

Strong plumbing knowledge preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and structural systems.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and follow directions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina to perform maintenance duties.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
