Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging procedures.
  
  
• 
  Operate and troubleshoot echocardiography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to interpret imaging results.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards during all procedures.
  
  
• 
  Provide patient education and support throughout the imaging process.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current credential as an Echocardiography Technologist (RDCS or equivalent).
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of echocardiography experience in a clinical setting.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in operating ultrasound and echocardiography equipment.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, pathology, and imaging techniques.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  
  
• 
  Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
