We’re hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to represent our clients at live events and promotional campaigns across Tampa. You’ll engage customers, demo products, and turn conversations into new customers. Behind all of this is a system of daily training, clear expectations, and measurable progress.

What You’ll Do

• Represent established consumer brands at live events and promotional locations across Tampa
• Start conversations with customers, find out what they need, and present products and services
• Handle questions and objections in real time, and help interested customers sign up
• Support event setup and campaign coordination
• Track your daily activity and results against clear goals
• Take part in daily training sessions focused on sales, marketing, and communication

• Professional in appearance, attitude, and approach
• Interested in building a career in sales, marketing, or leadership
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
