Responsibilities Therapists will evaluate each patient, formulate treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities. Role is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and may include a weekend schedule to support caregiving needs. Qualifications Required Education : Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program. Active Licensure : Current PT license in the state of practice. Ethical Compliance : Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and to state and federal regulations. Preferred Qualifications Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration : Adaptable to changing situations and able to work well within a team. Excellent Communication : Strong oral and written communication with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population : Prior experience with elderly patients and understanding of their needs.
