This is a hands-on production welding position focused on producing consistent, quality welds while following blueprints, welding specifications, and safety procedures.The ideal candidate has solid Flux Core and MIG welding experience, can read blueprints and weld symbols, and has experience operating a sit-down forklift.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform production welding using Flux Core and MIG welding processesRead and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsWeld components according to established specifications and quality standardsInspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and appearanceUse welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safelySafely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and completed productsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow production schedules and quality requirementsFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWork effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentQualificationsPrevious Flux Core and MIG welding experienceProduction welding experience preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints and weld symbolsSit-down forklift experienceAbility to perform quality welds consistently in a production environmentStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and dependable work historyAbility to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PMIdeal CandidateWe are looking for a dependable production welder who can read blueprints, perform quality Flux Core and MIG welds, safely operate a sit-down forklift, and maintain consistent production standards.Work Location: In person
