Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 281 Number of Staff: 11 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants Day Shift: All staff work the day shift Patient Ratios: 8-10 patients per 8 hours worked Assigned: 10-13 patients Type of Equipment: Walkers, crutches, braces, wheelchairs Documentation System: Meditech Call Requirements: Call by 7:00 AM Typical Hiring Profile: Must have certifications and special skills as required for the role Typical Procedures Performed: Evaluations, treatment, gait training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities Additional Preferences: Quick learner who can adapt to the environment and learn the documentation system quickly Previous experience in travel positions preferred Dress Code: Scrub color: Gray General Comments: Very cohesive department that is highly engaged Positive atmosphere with dedicated staff
