InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs, implement advanced ABA strategies, and support BCBA initiatives. You will focus on data accuracy, treatment fidelity, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team. You'll work closely with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, maintain quality assurance, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
