Responsibilities:

• Define project priorities, scope, and timelines in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute project plans, managing resources and risks effectively.
• Drive standards and governance for project reporting and documentation.
• Engage with senior leadership to ensure project alignment and swift change adoption.
• Lead vendor activities and coordinate testing and quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate project meetings and create executive-level presentations.

Requirements:

• Agile delivery experience required; PMI Certification helpful; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• 4+ years of project planning and management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead projects from idea generation to implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
