Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all production areas and equipment daily
• Follow SSOPs, GMPs, and all food-safety procedures
• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment using sprayers, foamers, and floor scrubbers
• Safely handle, dilute, and store cleaning chemicals
• Participate in end-of-shift cleaning, product changeovers, and COP (clean-out-of-place) procedures
• Operate and maintain sanitation tools such as trash compactors and cardboard balers
• Complete all required sanitation logs and documentation accurately
• Promote and support a strong food-safety and quality culture in the facility
• Report concerns related to food quality or safety to the FSQA Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Sanitation Technician or FSQA team

Requirements

• Ability to speak Spanish required (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Prior sanitation experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred
• Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and food-safety standards
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
• Forklift experience or certification preferred not required
