Pay: From $90/hourly Schedule: Monday to Friday Bonus opportunities License/Certification: BCBA Certification (Required) Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities -Design ABA therapy plans-Monitor the progress, and make adjustments on a regular basis.-Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.-Constantly review clinical reports and session notes.-Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.-Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training.-Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases.Requirements:-BCBA certification given by the BACB.-At least 1 year of Experience with working with children with autism-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.What we Offer:-Full-time and Part-time positions-Flexible Hours - Day/Afternoon/Evenings-Competitive Pay-Attractive BenefitsBenefits:-Vision insurance-Dental insurance-Health insurance-Flexible schedule-Life insurance-Paid time off-Professional development assistance-Referral program
