Senior Technology Consultant

Job Overview Cobaltix is looking for a senior technology consultant with experience working directly with clients, planning and implementing major technology projects. Time management and excellent communication are key. Our team IS our reputation, and clients rely on us, so learning on the job is a constant. Compensation Starting pay is $140,000 (Full-time), with $10,000 signing bonus, plus generous monthly bonus. Required Technical Skills Advanced Windows Server (on-premises and cloud) and Active Directory management and troubleshooting Azure architecture, migrations, and troubleshooting (cloud-only and hybrid environments) Advanced Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 identity management, including MFA, SSO, and Entra Identity Governance Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams Exchange Server and mail flow architecture, administration, and troubleshooting, including enterprise mail security Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF device management and deployment Advanced PowerShell and Graph API scripting; Bash and Python scripting Hyper-V, VMware, and Veeam backup and disaster recovery planning Networking experience with Meraki and Palo Alto solutions Real experience, not just book learning or certs. Other experience (Linux, storage, distributed environments) is a plus, too.
