Part-Time Busser OpportunityIndian Wells Golf Resort located in Indian Wells, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Busser. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay Range: $16.90 - $17.40 General Purpose: Assists servers in providing efficient service by keeping the room neat and clean. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.Essential Duties:Ensures that all materials used by servers are clean and ready for daily operation.Prepares the dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service.Fills and refills water glasses and removes any place settings not in use.Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each meal course.Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changing the tablecloth, brushing chairs, placing chairs at the table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.Assists servers when needed or requested.Practices proper tray service for all food and beverage service.Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients.Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station.Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Requirements: Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
