Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Current Opening:
Adult male, Chronic Respiratory Failure, Duchenne MD, Vent and G-tube.
Hours are Mon 11a-10p and Fri 10a-9p
Pay Rate: $30-$33 per hour plus limited mileage

Responsibilities:
Every day is different in Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
We have a variety of RN/LPN openings available and are excited about matching you with a great opportunity! Take a look at the requirements below to see what you’ll need to get started. 

• Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
• Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Proof of Negative TB (titer/ chest x-ray)

  This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
