Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Operator to join our team in Acworth, GA. As a Chemical Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our chemical manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Record and report production data, including quantities and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company standards for chemical handling and safety.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in chemical operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or processing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in chemical handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
