Job Description

Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and professionalism as an In Home Caregiver. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and others needing daily support in the comfort of their own homes. You will work independently while reporting to a Care Coordinator and provide essential personal and supportive care services.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Engage clients through companionship and meaningful interaction
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
Assist with mobility and transfers safely
Provide medication reminders
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
Drive clients when necessary and ensure reliable attendance
Monitor client safety and report concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in home caregiving

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in personal care, companionship, and meal preparation
Skills in light housekeeping and mobility assistance
Familiarity with medication reminders and documentation
Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
