CT Technologist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Key responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide case management and hospice care services.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in specialized nursing areas such as ICU, ER, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications related to nursing specialties.
• Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.

Special Considerations:

• Work may involve hospice, ICU, ER, or other specialized environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams are critical.

Scheduling:

• Work schedule consists of Friday through Sunday, three 12-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM.
