Middle School Substitute Teacher St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School Employment Type Temporary Location Apex, NC Posted Date Schedule: On-call, as needed, throughout the school year. Position Summary: St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School is seeking dependable and enthusiastic daily and on-call substitute teachers to serve students in Grades 6–8. Substitute teachers are essential members of our school community, providing continuity in instruction and helping maintain a positive, faith-filled learning environment when regular classroom teachers are absent. Key responsibilities: Follow lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the classroom teacher. Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive classroom environment. Supervise students throughout the school day and during assigned duties. Promote respectful behavior and uphold school expectations. Communicate effectively with administrators and staff regarding classroom activities and student concerns. Support the Catholic mission and values of the school in all interactions with students and families.
