Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse at Sevita, you’ll deliver person-centered nursing care in home and community-based settings for individuals of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities include assessing health status, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, documenting in EHR systems, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate individuals and families, support rehabilitation and daily living needs, and uphold strict infection control and safety standards.
