FT Radiologic Technologist/CT Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-Ray equipment
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
• Position patients correctly to obtain the necessary images
• Operate X-Ray equipment and adjust settings to produce high-quality images
• Review images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring all necessary anatomical structures are visible
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques for specific cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures preformed

Healthcare Setting:

• JCAHO accredited facility

Medical Specialty:

• Radiology

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Qualifications:

• Valid Certification as Radiologic technologist or X-ray Technician
• Knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Stong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
