Description Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant & Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self‑motivated individual to join our fantastic team as our Houseman at our island‑inspired resort. The Job Role will report to: The Director of Housekeeping As a Houseman, you will make sure that our beautiful suites and public areas are meticulously cleaned and serviced with class and style. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will play a big part in our heart of the house, ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one. Qualifications Attention to detail. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to communicate with guests and fellow team members. Ability to lift, push and pull a moderate weight, minimum 20+ lbs. Ability to stand and walk for 6+ hours. Passion to serve with a purpose. Flexible schedule. When joining our team as a Houseman, you will be offered Pay Rate of $24.50. Overtime rate of $36.75 per hour.
