$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager promptly.
• Assist in the daily setup and breakdown of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss menu updates, kitchen procedures, and guest feedback.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a spirit of teamwork and respect.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating efficiency and precision.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion standards with consistency.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in a culinary setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Commitment to upholding food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and understanding of basic cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
