Whiskey Yard Service Team Position

Whiskey Yard is a modern global bistro delivering a bold, sensory-driven dining experience centered around fire-forward cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and one of the most expansive whiskey programs in the region. Our service style is elevated, confident, and intentionally refined.

This is not a casual serving position. We are seeking hospitality professionals who are highly polished, well-spoken, and take pride in exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Deliver confident, elevated table service with professionalism and pois
Clearly and articulately guide guests through the food, cocktail, and whiskey menu
Maintain complete menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparations, and pairings
Execute service steps with precision, timing, and attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable, refined dining experiences
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates
Maintain impeccable personal appearance, posture, and demeanor at all times

What We're Looking For

Highly polished, well-spoken individuals with strong communication skills
Prior full-service restaurant experience required (upscale preferred)
Ability to engage guests with confidence, clarity, and warmth
Professional appearance and presence
Strong attention to detail and service execution
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment
