As a key member of our install team, you’ll take ownership of your work and make sure every system is set up the right way, the first time. You’ll: Set up and install HVAC systems from start to finish Replace parts or make repairs as needed during installs Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently Prepare the job site and clean up afterward to keep it professional Work closely with other techs to stay on schedule Follow all company and safety procedures without compromise Hiring Expectations: Apply now, take a short phone call with our team, and prepare for an in-person interview where we’ll talk about your background, goals, and how we can grow together. 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC installs (preferred) EPA Type IV Certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent A clean driving record—you’ll be using our company vehicle Ability to pass both a background check and drug test Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in tight or elevated spaces Comfortable working in residential and small commercial environments Attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized workspace Can follow directions and work independently without needing constant oversight Bert Black Service Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
