The Grateful Bread is looking for a dedicated PM Production Baker to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced baker or a passionate home baker ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As a PM Production Baker, you’ll play a key role in creating the delicious baked goods our customers love. Your responsibilities will include: Mixing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, including croissants, scones, muffins, and cookies. Handling dough lamination with precision and care. Managing heavy lifting tasks, such as moving 50-pound bags of flour and sugar, as well as large mixing bowls. What We Are Looking For We’re seeking someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience in baking (preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train a passionate and motivated home baker!). Is comfortable working Friday through Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. Can handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy items.
