Sales Analyst

We're looking for a Sales Analyst to join a growing team in Doral, FL.

In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to our Sales Managers and Territory Managers by tracking customer orders, preparing reports, coordinating with logistics and operations, supporting pricing and quotes, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
Track customer orders from order entry through shipment and invoicing.

Monitor open orders, backlog, inventory, and sales forecasts.

Prepare reports and analyze sales data using Excel.

Support Territory Managers with quotes, pricing, promotions, and customer accounts.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with logistics, operations, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving.

Assist with inventory reporting, product launches, and sales initiatives.

Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar analytical role.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or construction-related industries is a plus.
