Outside Sales Consultant

Job Description

Agri Center is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team. At Agri Center the Sales Consultant provides exceptional knowledge, builds relationships, and represents Agri Center in a professional manner. This Sales Consultant Position will primarily be focused on our Agriculture Equipment offerings. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, through face-to-face, telephone, and online sales.
\n
• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
\n
• Assure customer satisfaction of equipment sold and delivered.
\n
• Meet and respond to the needs of customers in a professional and timely manner.
\n
• Demonstrate high degree of knowledge of equipment and options in order to provide information and solutions to current and potential customers.
\n
• Demonstrate talent for bargaining and negotiating while ensuring all sales practices are congruent with company policies, mission, vision and core values.
\n
• Establish, maintain, and conduct ongoing analysis of customer profiles in order to identify and act upon trends, market requirements, and potential business opportunities.
\n
• Review customer accounts to ensure payments are within approved credit policy and perform collection functions as required.
\n
• Participate in trade shows, including developing promotional themes, booth layout, set up and show attendance.
\n
• Promptly respond to requests of administrative and managerial staff.
\n
• Respect confidentiality of both company and customer required.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Previous sales experience required, sales in agriculture equipment preferred.
\n
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work alone or in a team.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent.
\n
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
\n
• Able to pass a pre-employment, and random drug screenings.
\n
