Your duties include conducting regular patrols, identifying safety hazards, using surveillance technology, and maintaining a visible security presence. You will collaborate with local emergency services, operate an incident reporting system, and engage with guests to foster a safe environment. Additionally, you'll manage access control and develop response protocols for security situations. Key Responsibilities Surveillance & Security: Use advanced security cameras and technology to monitor the property, detect threats, and prevent security breaches. Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff. Collaboration with Emergency Services: Establish communication with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance emergency response capabilities. Incident Reporting: Operate a digital incident reporting system to document and resolve safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities. Visible Security Presence: Maintain a visible presence across the property, providing proactive assistance and fostering a sense of safety among guests and associates. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner while maintaining vigilant security measures. Access Control: Utilize access control systems to safeguard restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry. Incident Response Protocols: Develop and communicate response protocols to empower security staff to handle critical situations swiftly and effectively.
