OLLI is a member-centered community of adult learners that offers programs designed for individuals aged 50 and older who wish to pursue lifelong learning through classes, trips, and tours. Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Monday-Friday 20 hours a week flexible with class schedule. No ISU employee (whether paid or a volunteer) shall knowingly influence others to furnish the NCAA or an ISU investigator/compliance officer false or misleading information concerning an individual's involvement in or knowledge of matters relevant to a possible violation of an NCAA regulation. Failure to abide by this term of employment shall constitute unethical conduct as defined by the NCAA and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of the employment relationship with ISU.
Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Recruit and develop future presenters
- Recruit members and participants for OLLI programs
- Coordinate presenter requests for media equipment and handout materials
- Develop program materials and support materials relative to OLLI.
- Maintain Social Media accounts
- Utilize member registration software
- Create marketing materials and assist in mass mailings
- Assist in the design and completion of program guides
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and details
- Assist with service events supported by CCE or University Engagement
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Vehicle and valid driver's license is required
