Open Role: Night Supervisor

We're hiring a Night Supervisor to manage store operations during evening shifts and Sundays at our Bear Valley location. This exempt position plays a key role in achieving maximum sales performance while supervising associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage evening and Sunday store operations to achieve sales goals
• Supervise and train associates assigned by the Store Manager
• Ensure store is properly merchandised, clean, and fully staffed
• Handle cash register operations, deposits, and store funds with full accountability
• Provide training, feedback, and write performance documentation for employees
• Resolve customer and employee issues with prompt decision making
• Open and close the store following established procedures
• Implement customer service programs and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Two years of progressive retail experience with increased responsibilities
• Experience managing a minimum of 5 people or equivalent thrift store experience
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• PC literate with Windows-based platform
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
