Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

At MPower, you're not just talking about renewable energy — you're helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about something they pay for every month.

• Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about their energy options
• Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand what switching means for their home and their bill
• Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
• Show up consistently, set weekly goals, and hold yourself to them
• Represent MPower with professionalism and grow into leadership as your results develop

• Weekly pay 
• New reps average $1,200–$1,500/week as they build their skill
• Experienced reps average $1,500–$2,500+/week 
• Top performers earn $3,000–$5,000+/week — no ceiling
• Annual earning potential: $55K–$260K+

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Coachable and growth-minded
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (full training provided)
