LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen . This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
• Talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Instructing - Teaching others how to do something.
• Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people.
• Be able to set up, operate, clean, and sanitize all equipment in a safe manner.
• Check condition of area and equipment, notifying your manager of areas needing attention.
• Follow sanitation standards at all times making sure to follow proper hand washing techniques as frequently as possible.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Other and all duties, projects, and task as assigned by employees supervisor and/or manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skills and or ability required.

• Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to work under a high pressure environment
• Less than a High School Diploma
• Able to grasp have manual dexterity
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
