Program Support Specialist

TTI was established in 2003 and has locations around the globe. What you'll do Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making. Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources. Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses. Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities. Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation. Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback. Maintain databases, records, and data standards. You are a good fit if you are: A detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights that improve training programs and organizational performance Desired Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables). Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
