The role also supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning cycles for that platform. This team member is a key link between the Marketing, Business Development Execution, and Finance teams, and reports directly to TMS's Director of FP&A. Responsibilities Lead FP&A for a Platform within TMS, with oversight of all categories and responsible for understanding and influencing both revenue and cost drivers (full P&L responsibility) Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution Support the Demand Review process including partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions Run the monthly forecasting process to project and explain financial performance on a rolling 18 month basis Support the build of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plans Drive fiscal responsibility by supporting the ZBB (Zero Based Budgeting) process Analytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendations Modeling, analytics, and preparation of management summaries and presentations Qualifications BS/BA required MBA a plus 6+ Years of experience in Finance or Accounting Thorough understanding of the Income Statement and financial metrics Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or Business Unit experience preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required SAP experience a plus Previous experience in project management and process improvement Proven/excellent verbal and written communication skills Hard working, capable of coping with pressure and deadlines of ambiguous situations Team Player and We Mentality: ability to work collaboratively within the FP&A function and cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Kraft Heinz, Inc.
