Job Title: Caregiver

Job Type: PRN/Part-time 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health status.
- Help with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors and family members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to coordinate care plans and improve client outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving, nursing, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in caregiving, health care, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families.
- Patient, empathetic, and understanding attitude towards clients' needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for the position).

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
