Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in our company’s expansion. This role requires a strong ability to connect with potential clients, close sales, develop new business opportunities, and market our life insurance products effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment and is eager to maximize their earning potential through high commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Company The Weiner Group Inc. is a trusted provider of simplified issue life insurance products, offering valuable living benefits to help individuals and families secure their financial future. We are passionate about making life insurance accessible and impactful, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and drive business growth. Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus and Commission Key Responsibilities Sales Generation: Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, educate them on our products, and close sales. Business Development: Identify new opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive outreach. Marketing Execution: Promote our life insurance products effectively through strategic marketing initiatives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the life insurance industry preferred. Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
