- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct routine vital sign checks and document patient information accurately

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure open and transparent care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care
