Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient condition, monitor critical vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate patient responses and adjust as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines.
- Document care accurately in the patient record; ensure timely and thorough charting.
- Respond to acute changes in patient status, participate in escalation and interdisciplinary collaboration as required.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- ICU nursing experience
- Ability to work nights (12-hour shifts) and participate in a 36-hour per week schedule
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment
- Nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-acuity ICU environment
