Powersports Sales Consultant

Hunter Power Sports is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team.

If you enjoy talking with people, learning about powersports, and helping customers find the right motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or side-by-side, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, motivated, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience.
• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs, interests, and budget.
• Help customers select the right motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports products.
• Explain vehicle features, options, and accessories.
• Assist customers with test rides and the purchasing process.
• Follow up with customers after their visit and build relationships for future business and referrals.

Product Knowledge

• Learn our current inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and available options.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, financing programs, and industry trends.
• Participate in training to strengthen your product knowledge and sales skills.

Team & Showroom Support

• Work with Sales Managers, Parts, Service, and other departments to support customers.
• Keep the showroom and displays clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established sales and follow-up processes.
• Contribute to individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable talking with different types of people.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Ability to build genuine customer relationships.
• Interest in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, outdoor activities, or the powersports industry is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
