Our client is a multi-faceted company providing full-service engineering services from start-up to completion phases, including conceptual front-end engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning and start-up phases on small to mid-size projects.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Process Engineer with 1–5 years of experience and familiarity with process simulations, hydraulic studies, and relief valve calculations. The role supports process design, engineering calculations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Job Description
- Assist with process simulations, hydraulic studies, and relief valve calculations.
- Support process design and engineering calculations
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with troubleshooting process-related issues
- Prepare and maintain engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams
Skills Required
- 1–5 years of relevant process engineering experience
- Familiarity with process simulations, hydraulic studies, and relief valve calculations.
- Understanding of process engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret engineering data and technical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Pay Rate/Salary
- $45.00-55.00/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
