- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or clinical leadership
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
- Perform wound care, injections, and routine nursing procedures
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Support care teams during assessments, procedures, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Promote infection control and safety standards throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Active New Hampshire LPN license (or compact-eligible)
- BLS/CPR certification (current or able to obtain before start date)
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively during overnight hours
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or similar settings preferred
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
- Shift: 3rd (Overnight)
- Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 12 weeks
