This role is an opportunity to join an industry leader in the space and provides strong growth opportunities.Title: General ManagerLocation: Greater Milwaukee AreaCompensation: $200,000 - $235,000 + 30% bonusResponsibilities:Full P&L ownership for the facility, driving profitability through cost control, operational efficiency, and revenue growth initiatives.Lead all plant operations including corrugating, converting, production, maintenance, warehousing, and shipping to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.Develop and execute strategic plans to improve throughput, customer service, on-time delivery, and overall plant performance.Build, coach, and develop leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.Partner with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and business objectives.Qualifications:4-7 years of progressive plant leadership experience within a corrugated packaging manufacturing environment, including direct oversight of both corrugator and converting operations.Demonstrated full P&L ownership with a proven track record of improving profitability, reducing costs, and driving operational performance.Strong background leading safety, quality, production, maintenance, and supply chain functions in a high-volume manufacturing facility.Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and workforce development initiatives to increase productivity and employee engagement.Proven ability to lead and develop salaried and hourly teams while driving accountability, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery performance.
