The District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency seeks an experienced Multifamily Loan Underwriter to assess sponsor, project and market feasibility for affordable housing transactions. This role underwrites tax-exempt and taxable bond financing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit deals.
