We are actively expanding and seeking a motivated, surgically capable podiatrist who wants to grow with a dynamic, physician-led organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Podiatrist (DPM) to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, including clinic-based services and surgical procedures. This role offers immediate patient volume, strong referral pipelines, and the opportunity to build a high-earning surgical practice in a rapidly growing market.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions
• Conservative and surgical management
• Forefoot and rearfoot procedures
• Trauma care (as applicable)
• Diabetic limb salvage and wound care
• In-office procedures (nail surgery, injections, orthotics, etc.)
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Accurate and timely EMR documentation

SURGICAL OPPORTUNITIES

• Elective forefoot surgery
• Rearfoot reconstruction (based on training)
• MIS procedures
• Hospital and ASC privileges available
• Growing surgical block time

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• DPM from an accredited program
• Completed PMSR (with or without RRA)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Strong surgical skillset preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable in high-volume outpatient environment
• Team-oriented and patient-centered

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
