Position: Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech in a hospital setting located in Potsdam, NY. This travel assignment starts 08/10/2026 and runs for multiple weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,002 to $2,148, with no guaranteed hours. The role features 12-hour day shifts (3x12) from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with scheduled days Wednesday through Friday. The department conducts OB, breast, vascular, general abdomen, and GYN studies, operates with EPIC for charting, and may require travel staff to float to support workflow. Samsung equipment is preferred when imaging.

Responsibilities
- Perform OB imaging across 1st–3rd trimesters and conduct fetal anatomical surveys
- Conduct breast imaging, including procedures such as cyst aspiration when indicated
- Complete vascular studies (LE/UE venous, carotid, DVT) with Doppler assessment
- Perform general abdominal imaging (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, abdominal aorta)
- Obtain imaging for GYN and other indicated exams; ensure quality images and accurate measurements
- Manage portable studies and work with PACS; document findings in EPIC
- Work independently in a fast-paced setting and adapt to department needs
- Provide patient-centered care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations as assigned

Requirements
- New York state license to submit (in hand) and in good standing
- ARDMS certification in OB and Vascular; breast imaging preferred
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work in a busy department and float to support coverage as needed
- Samsung imaging equipment preferred
