As a full-time Occupational Therapist preferred Certified Hand Therapist, you will engage in a dynamic environment focused on excellence in hand therapy. This is a full-time position scheduled for 32 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to 40 hours as needed. The salary range for this role is $83,000 - $107,000. The regular schedule is Tuesday through Friday. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to develop their skills in custom bracing and orthotics while working alongside a professional team committed to integrity and safety. This onsite position allows you to build lasting relationships with clients and make a real impact in their recovery journey all the while working as needed with a schedule to fit your lifestyle.$2,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 will be paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, and the remaining $1,000 will be paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment. You should be a graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program, holding specialty certification in Hand Therapy or looking to obtain one, along with national registration and Montana state licensure. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a practicing hand or occupational therapist is essential, complemented by current BLS or ACLS certifications.Success in this role requires strong knowledge of managing patients with hand injuries and disorders, along with excellent skills in orthotic fabrication. Candidates must exhibit advanced orthopedic skills and effective communication, allowing for collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals.
