Details:

• Level I trauma hospital CVOR unit
• Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (5x8 schedule may also be considered)
• Alternating days off with every 3rd or 4th weekend required (Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 6:00 AM)
• On-call requirement of 1-2 days per week with a 30-minute response time
• Floating as needed
• EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Open heart surgery experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Experience with cardiovascular procedures such as CABG, aortic aneurysm repair, valve replacement, and angioplasty/stenting preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information:

• May care for COVID-positive patients
• Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
• Expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays with no RTO between Christmas and New Year's
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract; holiday time off cannot be guaranteed
• Candidates are pre-screened by clinical staff before manager interview
• Local candidates considered within a 50-mile radius, at a reduced bill rate
• Travel pairs accepted, though matched schedules cannot be guaranteed
