Role Description

Seeking an experienced Step Down / Progressive Care Registered Nurse for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) assignment in a large acute care hospital. The RN will care for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active RN license GA or Compact 
• Minimum 2 years of recent Step Down, Progressive Care, or IMCU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience managing heparin drips and medically complex patients
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
