Technical Business Analyst Location: Houston, TX 77041 (Onsite) Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience About the Opportunity We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a Houston-based distributor of luxury kitchen and bath products. This role will help bridge business operations and technology through requirements gathering, process documentation, system improvements, and project support. The position will support business processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, product data management, ERP systems, and e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements Analyze and improve business processes and workflows Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams Support testing, implementation, and user adoption of system enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, sales, purchasing, inventory, and e-commerce functions Maintain documentation related to business systems, workflows, and procedures Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with ERP or business systems Experience supporting software implementations, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, SAP, or similar business systems Experience supporting sales, purchasing, inventory, product data, or e-commerce operations Experience creating user stories, test plans, training documentation, or workflow diagrams Background in distribution, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates and helping improve the systems and processes that support it. #J-18808-Ljbffr Set Apart Workforce Solutions
